Year 6 pupils at Huntington primary were surprised to find this October that there was a Hullabaloo going on in their classrooms.

To extend the children's reading and writing skills, Huntington Primary schools' Literacy coordinator, 'Mark Legge' planned a week's work to capture the imagery of poetry and promote talk for writing.

This was achieved by linking WAH! with topic based work on survival for the Autumn term
